Reserve your spot for the first talk in SF Heritage’s Page Memorial Lecture Series, an evening celebrating the Geneva Car Barn and Powerhouse (2301 San Jose Ave.) on Wednesday, April 22, at 6:30 p.m. This special event is in partnership with the Friends of the Geneva Office Building and Powerhouse.

The nationally designated landmark near Balboa Park will turn 125 years old the day of the lecture. SF Heritage president & CEO Woody LaBounty will give a presentation on the building’s history, the long fight for its preservation, and its bright future, all documented for the first time in his brand-new book, Geneva Car Barn: The Past and Future of San Francisco’s Geneva Office Building and Powerhouse. Join the Friends and local dignitaries in commemorating this special occasion.

This is a limited-capacity free event, RSVP is required for entry. Donations are welcome and support San Francisco Heritage’s nonprofit mission.
