A popular coffee and tea shop has officially moved to the city.

7 Leaves Cafe opened its first San Francisco location on May 18 in the H Mart-owned Oceanview Village Shopping Center. The Southern California-founded shop currently has 43 locations with five in the Bay Area including four throughout Santa Clara County.

โ€œI know some people are happy because we opened a 7 Leaves in San Francisco,โ€ said Maricor Julaton, the general manager. โ€œI hear from them, they're excited because it's their first time.โ€

The large shop has four individual round tables and two large tables with chairs across the dark wooden floor and twine lampshade lights hung throughout the ceiling. It also has a white open bar-style countertop.

Julaton said that business has been good, and the staff seem to agree.

โ€œI love it,โ€ said Jasmine Ho, one of the storeโ€™s employees. โ€œThe environment is so nice and it's so welcoming too.โ€

The menu offers all of 7 Leaves Cafeโ€™s signature Vietnamese-inspired classics like house coffee with whipped cream foam and mung bean milk tea, which Julaton said are already fan favorites at their location. For a limited time, is also an orange creamsicle-inspired drink called Orange Dream.

Prices range from $5.45 to $5.95 with the option to upgrade the size for an additional 85 cents or add toppings like aloe vera and crystal boba and house-made honey boba, custard pudding and grass jelly for 85 cents.

The shop serves macarons from distribution service Vitco Foods that are pierced at $2.50 each. Flavors range from chocolate and vanilla to salted caramel, Earl Grey tea and more.

โ€œI was really excited for this,โ€ Southern California native and customer Joyce Park said.โ€œI really don't like the boba in the city so I would really recommend coming here.โ€

The cafeโ€™s offerings will be available on third-party delivery apps like GrubHub, UberEats and Doordash in a few weeks.

โ€œIf you're ever having a bad day, a 7 Leaves drink can make it better,โ€ Ho said.
