The Ocean View-Merced Heights-Ingleside Cultural Participation Project has organized a physically distanced Halloween event for the neighborhood.
“Come join the OMI Cultural Participation Project for a COVID-19-safe Halloween car parade,” OMI Cultural Participation Project Maurice Rivers told The Ingleside Light.
Children will be given a mini pumpkin, candy bag and craft bag to-go. OMICPP organized the event in collaboration with the OMI Community Collaborative.
