Sunday, Aug. 23, 2020
Taraval Station police officers responded to a report of a hit-and-run collision involving two vehicles at 7:14 p.m. at the intersection of Plymouth Avenue and Farallones Street. The victims reported that they had attempted to stop the suspect from leaving and called for help. Several people walked toward the victims, hit them and their vehicle and then fled the area.

Monday, Aug. 24, 2020
Taraval Station police officers patrolling Frida Kahlo Way (Phelan Avenue) and Ocean Avenue observed at 4:11 p.m. a known person with a history of theft-related crimes yelling at another person suspected of crime in a vehicle. The officers conducted a traffic stop, searched the suspects and found methamphetamine and a glass pipe. One suspect was arrested on a warrant and the other was cited.
Taraval Station police officers patrolling Ocean and Brighton avenues observed a known person at 9:13 a.m who had an arrest warrant. The person was arrested.

Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2020
A hit-and-run collision was reported at 4:30 p.m. on the 100 block of Broad Street.
Thursday, Aug. 27, 2020
A carjacking was reported at 12:13 a.m. on the 600 block of Holloway Avenue. The victim reported to Taraval Station police that after parking his car an acquaintance approached him and demanded his car keys. The victim believed that his acquaintance had a gun after observing a suspicious bulge on the suspect’s clothing. The suspect got the keys and then drove off.
A black 2006 BMW 530I was reported stolen at 12:13 a.m. on the 600 block of Holloway Avenue.
Friday, Aug. 28, 2020
A vehicle’s catalytic converter was reported stolen at 1:30 p.m. on the 300 block of Howth Street.
An incident of identity theft was reported at 2:38 p.m. on the 200 block of Ashton Avenue.
A white 2002 Chevy Silverado was reported stolen at 9:50 a.m. at the intersection of Orizaba Avenue and Stanley Street.
Saturday, Aug. 29, 2020
A vehicle was reported burglarized at 5:00 p.m. on the 600 block of Head Street.
