INGLESIDE, San Francisco — The greater Ingleside neighborhood is patrolled by both Taraval and Ingleside police stations. The following summary is drawn from station crime blotters and does not include all reported incidents recorded between Sunday, April 5 and Saturday, April 11.

Sunday, April 5, 2020

A package was reported stolen at 4:45 p.m. from the 100 block of Kensington Way.

A blue 2005 BMW 330 was reported stolen at 8:47 a.m. from the first block of Santa Barbara Avenue.

A gold 2002 Toyota Camry was reported stolen at 6:30 p.m. from the 200 block of Orizaba Avenue.

A catalytic converter was reported stolen on the 800 block of Darien Way.

A vehicle was reported burglarized at 9:30 a.m. on the 1800 block of Ocean Avenue.

Wednesday, April 8, 2020

Taraval Police Station officers responded to a report of vandalism at 5:15 p.m. on the 100 block of Aptos Avenue. The witness said their neighbor walked up to their flowerpots and smashed them once the victim left the house. The neighbor admitted to the vandalism to officers and said it was revenge for breaking something of hers. She was cited.

A package was reported stolen at 12:00 p.m. on the 700 block of Head Street.

A vehicle was reported burglarized at 10:00 a.m. on the 400 block of Urbano Drive.

A hit-and-run three-vehicle collision was reported at 12:27 a.m. on the 900 block of Capitol Avenue.

A package was reported stolen at 10:50 a.m. on the 8300 block of Oceanview Avenue.

Friday, April 10, 2020

Taraval Police Station officers responded to a report of a robbery at 9:31 p.m. at the intersection of San Jose and Geneva avenues. The victim, who was intoxicated, told officers that he had been robbed of his money at gunpoint and punched but he could not remember where the incident occured.
