‘A Disgrace’: Community Groups Sound Off On Parks Alliance Implosion
Many community groups in the Ingleside area are clamoring for their funds after the Park Department’s nonprofit partner folded this week.
Built in 1922, this five-bedroom and 3.5-bath home features a meticulously landscaped backyard, a two car garage and a massive sunroom.
Located along Ocean Avenue, this three-story home features five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The fully detached house offers an attached two car garage, a long driveway and landscaped backyard.
The grand entryway opens the home towards the ground level of the home. The ground level features a large living room that’s equipped with a fireplace and two large windows with attached blind panels. Onwards to the back of this level is the first bedroom that features a medium sized closet with sliding mirror doors and has an attached bedroom or reading nook with windows across two of the three walls.
Next to the first bedroom is the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and stark white cabinets. There is also space for a makeshift island and breakfast nook. Just off the dining room is a massive sunroom, first bathroom and entry to the spacious backyard. There is also a staircase on this level that leads to the basement floor that’s home to a dedicated laundry room.
The maliciously maintained backyard features a built-in wooden deck that sits on top of a stone-filled surface. A brick staircase leads down the grassy hillside to a smaller gathering spot.
Up the staircase to the second floor is the primary bedroom with its own attached study and bathroom, a large walk-in closet and multiple large windows that let in natural light and offer a view of the El Rey Theatre. The additional bathroom is also on this level as well as the final two bedrooms that are fitted with large windows and medium sized closets with sliding mirror doors.
This home is a one-minute walk to the K-Ingleside light rail stop and is across from North Bay Bagels and Donuts. It is also a six-minute walk to the Aptos Playground.
