Three People Sent To The Hospital In Junipero Serra Boulevard Crash

The crash took down a light pole in the median and forced traffic to be diverted in the southbound direction.

A driver slammed into a light pole at Winston Drive and Junipero Serra Boulevard on Sunday afternoon, injuring themself and two passengers.

The crash took down a traffic light pole in the median and forced traffic to be diverted in the southbound direction.

"Officers arrived on scene and located a vehicle involved in a solo vehicle collision and three injured occupants," a spokesperson for the San Francisco Police Department told The Light on Monday.

San Francisco Fire Department personnel responded to the scene and took the injured people to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
