Another winner has been minted at the "Ocean Casino."
Ingleside's Lucky Ocean Cafe sold a ticket that won $90,122 on Sunday, June 7.
The ticket was one of the five in California that totaled $704,170 in jackpots from Monday, June 1, to Monday, June 8.
The winning ticket was for Fantasy 5, a daily draw game. A barista at the cafe declined to be interviewed on Wednesday.
Jessica Li, the cafe's longtime owner, once said the nickname for the cafe, where a steady stream of Mega Millions and Powerball tickets and scratchers are sold, is "Ocean Casino." In 2013, the cafe sold a scratcher worth $3.25 million. Lottery retailers get a small percentage of the winnings.
The California State Lottery is one of three legal ways to gamble in San Francisco. Charitable poker games and bingo are the other two.
Lottery funds provide supplemental funding for California public schools.
