Police Recover Shell Casing After ‘Suspicious Occurrence’ At Holloway And Harold Avenues

Taraval Station police officers responded to a report of a possible shooting at the intersection of Holloway and Harold avenues on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 5:40 p.m.

Although witnesses gave conflicting information, according to the San Francisco Police Department’s Daily Crime Recap, two men between 20 and 30 years old got into an altercation in which one may have shot at the other and then fled in a vehicle.

Officers set up a perimeter and located one spent shell casing.

Officers did not locate a suspect or victim. No report of a gunshot victim being admitted to any hospital was made.

SFPD labeled the incident a “suspicious occurrence.”
