The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency is set to install red transit-only lanes along Ocean Avenue from Junipero Serra Boulevard to Lee Avenue.
Work crews were set to begin painting the roadway on Jan. 12. Now, after the SFMTA met with merchants concerned about the project, construction of the red lanes has been paused. (The SFMTA, grappling with the weekend's sweeping power outages, was unable to provide The Light with additional information about its plans.)
