The San Francisco Independent Media Coalition is proud to present its first Congressional Candidate Forum, at which local voters can learn more about the 2026 candidates for California's 11th Congressional District: Saikat Chakrabarti, Connie Chan, and Scott Wiener. Our diverse coalition of neighborhood and community publications will be asking tough questions that directly affect the people of San Francisco.
The forum will take place on April 15, 7 p.m. at the United Irish Cultural Center in San Francisco and will be moderated by KALW Executive Producer Ben Trefny. This event is FREE: Please RSVP to guarantee a spot!
The San Francisco Independent Media Coalition is an alliance of SF-based independent media outlets that directly serve diverse communities and local neighborhoods across the city. Together, our member publications reach hundreds of thousands of San Francisco residents in multiple languages.
