The medical service provider is looking to get information to program its Ingleside facility.

North East Medical Services seeks information from the community ranging from preferred services to hours of operation.

NEMS would like to learn more about how the Ingleside community in San Francisco engages with the Ocean Avenue corridor, as well as understand the health needs of residents in the area,” according to the survey.

The Ingleside facility has been open since August 2022, delayed by the pandemic. Services offered there include internal medicine, acupuncture and member services in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Earlier this month, NEMS celebrated the expansion of dental and acupuncture services at its Clement Street Clinic in the Richmond District.

NEMS is one of the largest non-profit community health centers in the country, offering health care services at 17 clinics and delivery sites in San Francisco, Daly City and San Jose. The majority of its patients are low-income, access Medicaid and are limited English proficient, according to NEMS.
